1 Who We Are
This website, www.myvolve.com, is operated by ADVOLVE Creative Ventures Private Limited, CIN U90009MH2026PTC473415, having its registered office at 1702, Ground Floor, Building 17, Vanrai Colony, Goregaon East, Opp. Nirlon Company, Mumbai – 400065, Maharashtra, India, under the brand VOLVE. We are the Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data described in this policy. You are the Data Principal.
2 What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website and the online booking and payment services, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. It is read with our general Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy and, where CCTV is concerned, with the CCTV notice displayed at the studio.
3 What We Collect

4 How We Collect It
- Directly from you, when you create an account, book a class, buy a package, fill a form or contact us.
- From a parent or guardian, where the participant is under 18.
- Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies, as described at clause 10.
- From our payment gateway, which returns the status and reference of your payment.
- At the studio, through attendance records and, in designated areas, CCTV.
5 Why We Process It, and On What Basis
We process your personal data for the purposes below. Where the law requires consent we ask for it, by a clear affirmative action, with an itemised notice at the point of collection. Where processing is necessary to provide the service you have asked for, to meet a legal obligation, or for a legitimate use recognised by law, we rely on that.
- To register you, take your booking and deliver the class, workshop or session you bought.
- To take payment, issue a receipt or invoice, and process a refund where one is due.
- To keep accounting, tax and statutory records.
- To manage safety at the studio and to respond to an emergency.
- To answer your enquiry and to handle a complaint.
- To tell you about a change to your booking or to our service.
- To send you promotional information about classes, workshops and events, where you have opted in.
- To keep the website secure, to detect misuse and to investigate an incident.
- To comply with a legal obligation or a lawful request from an authority.
We do not use your personal data for a materially different purpose without asking you again.
6 Children
- Classes at VOLVE are attended by children. Where the participant is under 18, the booking must be made by a parent or legal guardian, and we obtain that person's verifiable consent before processing the child's personal data.
- We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
- We do not publish an image of a child without the written consent of a parent or guardian, and never with a full name, school, class timing or any other detail that would allow the child to be located.
- Our instructors do not communicate privately with a child. Communication is through the parent or an official VOLVE channel.
- A parent or guardian may exercise all the rights at clause 11 on the child's behalf.

We give a recipient only what the purpose requires, and only under a contract or terms that bind them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data.
8 Where It Is Processed
Some of our providers may process information outside India. Where that happens it is handled in accordance with the restrictions applicable under Indian law. Backups of our records are held on servers located in India.
9 How Long We Keep It

When the period ends we delete or anonymise the data. We do not keep personal data merely because storage is available.
10 Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working, keep you signed in and keep it secure, and cannot be switched off. Preference, analytics and, where used, marketing cookies are set only if you choose to allow them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie link in the footer, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser, though some parts of the site may then not work.
11 Your Rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and what we do with it.
- Ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to erase data where the purpose is finished, unless we are required to keep it.
- Withdraw a consent you gave, for future processing.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable of exercising them.
- Raise a grievance with us, and if we do not resolve it, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request. We will respond within the period the law prescribes and, in any event, without undue delay.
12 Marketing
We send promotional messages only if you opted in. Every promotional message carries a way to opt out, and we action it promptly. We may still send you messages about a booking you hold, because those are not promotional.
13 Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, described in our Website and Information Security Policy. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim otherwise. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and each affected person in the form and manner the law requires.

15 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect a change in law, technology or our services. The current version and its effective date are always shown on this page. Where a change is material we will tell existing customers by e-mail.
