1 Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

This website is operated by ADVOLVE Creative Ventures Private Limited, CIN U90009MH2026PTC473415, registered office 1702, Ground Floor, Building 17, Vanrai Colony, Goregaon East, Opp. Nirlon Company, Mumbai – 400065, Maharashtra, India, under the brand VOLVE. "The Website" means www.myvolve.com and any other domain we operate that links to these terms. These terms apply to your use of the Website and to any booking or purchase you make through it.

2 Accepting These Terms

By using the Website you accept these terms. When you make a booking you are also asked to accept them by ticking a box that is not pre-ticked. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website or make a booking.

3 Eligibility and Participants Under 18

• You must be 18 or over to create an account or make a booking.
• A booking for a participant under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf and gives the consents required for the minor's participation and personal data.
• A parent or guardian must complete the Participant Injury and Risk Acknowledgement and the media consent form before the minor's first class.

4 Your Account and Bookings

• Keep your account details accurate and your password confidential. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation. A slot is not held before that.
• Class schedules, instructors and rooms may change for operational reasons. We will tell you as early as we reasonably can.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking where the class is full, where the activity is not suitable, or where the Student Rules and Code of Conduct have been breached.

5 Fees, Payments and Refunds

Prices, payment methods and the refund position are set out in the Pricing, Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. That policy gives you a cooling-off window, a sliding scale on early cancellation, and freeze and transfer options, and it also sets out what is not refundable. Payments are processed by Zoho Payments and we do not store your card details.

6 Physical Activity and Safety

Classes and workshops involve physical activity, which carries inherent risk. Before your first class you will be asked to complete the Participant Injury and Risk Acknowledgement. Please participate within your capabilities, follow safety instructions, and tell the instructor if you feel unwell. Nothing in these terms excludes our responsibility for unsafe premises, defective equipment, inadequate supervision or our own negligence.

7 Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Website unlawfully, or to harass, defame or impersonate anyone.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, the booking system or another user's account.
• Do not introduce malicious code, scrape the Website, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
• Do not copy, reproduce or republish our content except as these terms permit.
• If you find a security problem, please tell us at the e-mail address below rather than exploiting or publishing it.

8 Intellectual Property

The VOLVE name, logo and brand, and the text, images, video, choreography, curriculum and design on the Website, belong to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, publish or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Where content is credited to an instructor or a photographer, their rights are as agreed with us.

9 Content You Submit

If you send us a review, a photograph or other content, you confirm it is yours to send and that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our services. You may withdraw that licence for future use by writing to us. Do not send us content featuring another person's child.

10 Third-Party Links and Services

The Website links to third-party services, including our payment gateway and our social-media pages. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their independent processing or content.

11 Availability

We try to keep the Website available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, upgrades or security. Where the Website is unavailable and you cannot complete a booking, please contact us and we will help.

12 Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by your failure to follow reasonable safety instructions, or for the acts of a third party we do not control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory forum available to you as a consumer, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the version published when you made it. The current version and its effective date are shown on this page.
